Hip Protectors

Medical devices that protect people from fall related hip fractures and injuries have been on the market for many years. Hard shell hip protectors have very low user compliance because of their bulkiness and people do not feel comfortable wearing them. Soft shell hip protectors are more comfortable but have very low impact absorption because they are simply a piece of foam.
